1.0 Scope of Governance

This Global Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the systematic processing of personal and operational telemetry handled by Suurat Technologies. We adhere to localized data protection frameworks while maintaining a global baseline of security excellence.

2.0 Telemetry Data Vectors

Active Data

Information provided directly through project intake forms, liaison communications, and contractual identity verification.

Passive Telemetry

Automated session logs, endpoint descriptors, IP geolocations, and interface interaction metrics collected during platform engagement.

3.0 Processing Justification

Suurat Technologies processes data only under defined legal bases: (a) Performance of a Contractual Mandate; (b) Legitimate Engineering Interest; and (c) Compliance with Sovereign Regulatory Obligations.

4.0 Data Retention & Volatility

We retain data for the minimum duration required to achieve structural operational goals. Upon termination of the engagement protocol, data undergoes secure "Zero-Fill" erasure methods or anonymization in accordance with institutional archival standards.

5.0 International Sovereignty

For clients within the European Economic Area (EEA) and other regulated regions, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent data protection levels during international telemetry transfer.
